Full Grooms
Best done every 6 - 8 weeks. Includes wash, blow dry, nails, head to tail cut and style. Please let us know at the beginning of your appointment how you would like your dog groomed.
All pricing is a base price and additional charges may apply. If your dog has xtra coat than the average amount additional charges for extra time needed will apply.

Mini Grooms
Best done in-between your usual groom cycle for example if your dog gets groomed every 8 weeks you would get a mini in-between that at the 4 week mark. mini grooms include a wash, blowout, trim in-between the eyes, paw pad trim, nails, sanitary clip. additional charges may apply.

De-shed
De-sheds Includes de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, wash, blowout, nails, brush out, we also trim around their feet, sanitary area. All over tidy on legs and tummy is an additional $20 for scissor work unless your a x-large dog. additional charges may apply.

Important information
Please advise us of any medical or behavioural issues that you are aware of, or have arisen since your last appointment. once you have been contacted to collect your dog you have 1 hour max to pick them up before charges start applying.

The standard price for grooming your dog is based on your dog being of standard breed size, and the coat being in reasonable condition on arrival at the salon. A small amount of de-knotting or de-matting is built into the price of every groom, but where there is a lot of extra work involved, there may be additional charges for the extra time taken.

Please be aware that if we believe the removal of the matts will cause your dog undue stress, we reserve the right to deal with the coat in the most humane and kind way to make your dog comfortable. This may mean clipping off the coat, but we will always endeavour to advise you of this when you drop your dog off with us or during the grooming process.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to cancel your appointment if we are unable to accommodate the delay. late fees, cancellation fees apply.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required.
For weekend cancellations, you can notify us by text or email. Please be aware that the time your message is sent will be recorded with a timestamp, and the 24-hour notice period will be calculated from that time.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee will apply.
For example, if your appointment is at 9:00am Monday and you notify us at 4:00pm Sunday, this is only 17 hours' notice, so the cancellation fee will apply.β

All prices include GST and are based on the condition of your dogs coat and the size of your dog. Extra charges may apply.
